The American Medical Student Association (AMSA) is an independent association supporting and inspiring future physicians to reshape medicine. Founded in 1950, AMSA strives to provide medical students an opportunity to participate in organized medicine. AMSA has served more than 50 years in transforming medical education for aspiring physicians. Today, AMSA continues to develop innovative ways to improve health care and medical education.
